- Received the incorrect goods
- Received the defective goods
- An exchange for the exact same design will be processed unless the product are sold out in size and color, exchange other product is available.
- Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be credited into your account.
- The exchange option is only applicable if stocks are still available. (Same item but different color is allowed)
- Requests for an exchange to a different item is allowed IF ONLY all of the color and size are sold out.
- Exchange credit will be issued to your account. No cash refund(s) are allowed.
- The validity period exchanges only within 1 month, otherwise will be forfeit.
- All shipping fees will be borne by the customer, and customer take the full responsibility till the parcel reaches us.
- Goods purchased on Sale cannot be exchanged.
Terms:
- Must be notified of an exchange within 7 days from date of purchase.
- Goods must be returned in 3 working days after receive the confirmation.
- One to one exchange will be processed upon receipt of your package.
- Goods purchased through a third party will not be eligible for an exchange.
- Goods must be returned in brand new condition, unwashed (without any stains or scents including fragrances, detergent, perfume) in their original packaging with tags attached. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer.
- Incorrect product or design, e.g. you order long white dress and received short pink skirt.
- Non-washable stain larger than 20mm in diameter.
- Noticeable damage or cut.
- Color variation from product photo, e.g. red vs orange red.
- Slight design variation from product photo, e.g. print pattern, floral shape, bead size and etc.
- Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks and etc.
- Self inflicted damage or cut to the product.
- Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference.
